A Once a Week Cleaning Service is negotiated between the Client and our Sales Manager. They agree on the price, scoop of work, day of the week and time for the cleaning to be done.

The price includes our; wages, supplies, equipment, supervision, WCB and Insurance coverage. GST is extra

Typically the Once a Week Cleaning Service is for small businesses with less then 5 staff and 2,000 sq ft of cleanable space.

As Clients grow we recommend that we grow with them, adding lunchroom and washroom services to accommodate their growing staff and customer base.

A 5 Day a Week Cleaning Service is routinely scheduled for Sunday to Thursday so that the office is sparkly clean on Monday morning! As we all know weekends get there fair share of work and sometimes handles the brunt of the workload.

In these schedules certain areas are cleaned daily such as; washrooms, entrances, waiting areas and lunchrooms whereas some areas are only cleaned once a week such as offices and copy rooms. We can even schedule and provide once a month cleaning of refrigerators or white rooms.

The 5 Day a Week Cleaning Service is for Companies with over 10 staff and over 5,000 sq ft of cleanable space.

We specialize in working with Companies that have multiple locations with numerous contractors providing the same services and seeking to reduce costs.

For larger buildings we recommend a Day Porter/Matron to manage the daytime cleaning needs created by the people working and visiting.

Every building is unique and we create schedules with colour coded maps for each staff member identifying their area of responsibility and tasks.
