The TL removes the garbage and recycling placing them in the proper disposal bins. The TL follows up with each Team Member during the clean and reviews their work afterwards, touching up where needed as a second set of eyes gets the details done.

The Team Members task areas are typically divided into; washrooms, bedrooms, vacuuming, and kitchen. We use colour coded micro fiber clothes determined by area and a hydrogen peroxide based neutral cleaner to clean and disinfect the surfaces with.

The Team has a compact carpet cleaner with them and they can spot clean areas with your prior approval and current photo allowing you to charge back the client.

When the Team is done and putting their equipment away, the TL once again does a walk through and sends a complete signal to the Owner and their Supervisor.
