Construction Cleaning

Bright Shine Inc. has been doing Construction Cleaning since 2012 and this is how the Company got its start in the Cleaning Industry!

There are 3 types of construction cleaning:

1. Cleanup on a Daily Basis while the Construction is underway. The Staff for this work must wear approved Safety Footwear, hard hats, work gloves and reflective vests. If cleaning up drywall or other hazards are involved the staff will also wear goggles and masks. Staff will recycle and remove waste to the authorized containers.

2. A Construction Clean using the same qualified staff as above plus vacuums with HEPA filters to remove that drywall dust. This Construction Clean wipes clean all horizontal ledges, window sills, door sills, cupboards, counters, and we also clean:
Windows, doors and mirrors are cleaned and the stickers are removed.
Appliances and washroom fixtures are cleaned and the stickers are removed.
Lighting fixtures are carefully dusted and wiped clean.

3. A Final Construction Clean is a detail clean, vacuum carpets edges and corners, detail wash floors, clean glass just before hand over. This is done by a Detail Cleaning Team with micro fibers, a HEPA vacuum and a Hydrogen Peroxide based cleaner.
